Nonstressful, no pressure experience, didn't try to push any sale I didn't want, and was helpful with getting everything together despite obstacles (need for low lease monthly payment, I couldn't find my title & registration, credit score lower than expected due to recent home purchase, etc). Best experience at a dealership I've ever had. I won't feel anxious coming in for anything here. I now see why Subaru is so well loved.
