I walked in with what I wanted to pay per month and what kind of car I wanted. I was trading in my 2020 Subaru Outback limited, as I was talking to Antonio P ( which this is the third he has sold me) I told him I wanted a specific color that I saw on their web site. He got it tracked down to a Seattle dealership and they negotiated a trade and they had a service person in a car heading to Seattle on a Saturday afternoon to pick up and Sunday I picked it up!I will continue to recommend Dick Hannah Subaru in Vancouver and I will tell my friend to go see Antonio P

The Subaru sales team worked very well together .Ziek met us at the show room door and got us a test drive in a new Forester,which was the one we purchased, explaining the safety of all the features.Ziek had a previous appointment so turned us over to Jack who finished closing our sale while mentoring emanuel.Very smooth transition thru the closing with Tuan .
