We were very pleased with the help of salesman Pete. We did have an upsetting beginning when we arrived having been told that we had an appointment with a salesperson who was not even working that day. This was due to the communication between the on line person and your salesmen. We suggest that they have a better system.

Purchasing a new car from Dick Hannah Subaru was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. My sales consultant could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. There was absolutely no stress involved with this purchase. Questions were answered. Negotiations were actually pleasant and fair.

Very happy with the overall experience. The only item that was a bit questionable was that I saw the car on the website with a price beside it, and then get to the dealership and find out that there were several items tacked on, such as Starlink, theft protection and the coating. Was confused at first - I hardly ever shop for a new car so maybe it was slightly misleading. But otherwise, am happy with the car, and the knowledge and friendliness of the staff.

One I hate doing reviews, two I’ve never liked going to car dealerships. But Dick Hannah Subaru - what a wonderful experience! From the minute I met Zeek, my time there just got better and better. It was such a pleasure to work with him and just talk with him. I’ve never been a fan of a white car, but that’s what I ended up getting and it’s beautiful. Zeek was so respectful and patient as I changed my mind so many times and looked at so many other cars. He took the time to explain so many things about the car and answer so many questions. He was very genuine. I believe the finance guy’s name is Jeff and he was very polite, not pushy and explained everything so well that even that process was actually a pleasure.
