Zeek was amazing. I’ve dealt with about 5 sales people there over the past 3 years, and he was the most helpful and personable one. I felt like he truest cared about my best interest and not just selling a car.

For the most part it was fine. I didn't like the wait time just to get simple answers so I could make a choice.

My salesperson, Jay, did a fantastic job. He was trustworthy, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. He explained all my questions very well, and was easy to understand. Great guy! I am very happy with my new car.The only two things that could have been improved upon are:1. Your building desperately needs air conditioning. It was a hot day when I purchased, and there was nowhere to go in the building to cool off. Your sales guys were all bustling around with sweat dripping off their hot faces. I kept fanning myself, trying to keep from overheating. I couldn't go sit in my old car to get air conditioning as I had already turned over the keys, and I couldn't go to my new car as I did not have the keys yet. I was in the building for 4.5 hours. If anyone asked me if they should buy a car at Dick Hannah Subaru, I would say, "Only if it's not a hot day." I hope your sales staff and customers can enjoy some new air conditioning soon!2. It took too long for the car to be "cleaned." I had completed all parts of the buying process in a fairly timely manner, but then had to wait way too long for the brand new spotless car to then be "cleaned." When your customer signs their final paper, their new car should be ready and waiting.Thank you.

Surprisingly great experience with buying my first Subaru . Ather was very helpful and knowledgeable . I will highly recommend everyone to check what they have to offer. No gimmicks just straight forward low pressure sells.l love my car . Thank you Ather and team

We have NEVER had such and enjoyable car purchase experience in our lives and we have been on the planet nearly 70 years. Ather and Kenny were so much fun to work with and negotiate with. And then after that we go see the "dreaded" Finance Guy. But, Jeff was very respectable and that process was also fun and enjoyable. Zero pressure. Zero stress. 5 stars is NOT enough. Not even close.
