Total purchasing time was approximately 4 hours. We were made aware of everything taking place during the process. Our salesman (Jack Wise) was very precise, polite and professional. Questions were answered as arisen during presentation with no expectation of a deadline to meet. Further the document signing was made simple and was well presented and executed. A great experience for an otherwise important purchase. Our positive experience with Jack Wise and Dick Hanah was cemented when one day after purchase we encountered a flat tire from a errant bolt on the road. Jack Wise and the service department orchestrated the no charge repair for a new replacement tire. The service attendant (Olivia Wilson) was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and understanding of our situation in an otherwise incredibly busy service department.
