Painless!!! I felt very welcomed.

JR did a good job of explaining the car and allowing me to put the Forrester through it paces, even though I made him a little nervous with my FL driving skills. We have only owned the car a few days, so I cannot comment on the longer term backing by the dealer. But early signs are good.

Zeek exceeded my expectations in terms of his attention to my needs during then sales process and to do things to compensate for some of my disappointments in the way that Subaru has discontinued features that previously came with the impress without extra charges.
