My most recent visit was to finalize payment on my car and to get help with what was necessary for my son to manage the gift certificates for skiing. While it took a while, it was all informative and helpful. Mike D. was a gentleman every time we met. He was knowledgeable and courteous and respectful. Most of all, he was patient with me as I looked and changed my mind and looked some more. I also want to thank the lady who helped get the final payment through to the bank. And I also want to thank the manager who met briefly with Mike and me on one of the previous nights after I looked at cars for hours and then had been waiting a long time to see the person who went over the details; Mike and the manager (am very forgetful of names) told me to go home and come back the next day at 9. I was so relieved to be able to do that.
