Everything went smoothly. We were able to get in, decide on a car, get a decent price for our trade-in, and finish the whole process in one afternoon/evening. Rod knew this was our third Outback in a row, so he didn't bore us with a lot of basic info we already knew, but did fill us in on recent changes and several tips and tricks we had never heard about.
