An overall excellent experience. The sales, service and finance departments all worked together to help us purchase a car. There was no pressure, just calm confidence on the part of the dealership.And the price of the car was very reasonable.

This was our 3rd Subaru that we have purchased from Dick Hannah dealerships, and our salesman, JR Richardson, continued to illustrate why we are repeat customers. His energy was friendly, approachable, humor-inflected, and not at all pushy. He was informative and knowledgeable about the brand, and about cars in general. We had shopped with him before when our youngest son was in the market for his first car, and he was very gracious when our son simply decided to take a different route, no high-pressure sales pitches. So, it was great to see his face again when we casually dropped in to see what the Forester inventory looked like. The process was painless & fairly swift as usual, and it was nice to walk in without any expectations of leaving in a different vehicle than we arrived in, but doing so anyway due to the ease of it all from front to back. Antonio was the best sales person we could have asked for. We had a rocky start due to a mechanical issue with the car we had initially came to test drive, had to get picked up and taken back to dealership. We also had our 2 sons with us for this whole ordeal. After that there was a issue with title of the car we looked at next, (not dick Hannah's fault) he was super apologetic over this issue too. He got snacks for the kids to help keep them happy which was above and beyond anything we expected. We ended up settling on a car and he was by far the most sincere low pressure person I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you sir, you made the experience not miserable.
