My salesperson, Rod, was very helpful and friendly. The car actually came in about a month sooner than I had expected, which was a real treat, and everyone at Dick Hannah streamlined the buying process so we could get on the road quickly. I was very happy with the entire experience from ordering the car to the buying process.

The receptionist put me in touch with JR, and as soon as I gave him the rundown of what I had just experienced and what I needed he was understanding and took care of everything. He was transparent throughout the entire deal which I really appreciated but he also was extremely warm and kind. I'm not sure that mere words will be sufficient to convey the enormous, emotional gratitude I have for everyone on the "Just Be Nice" team who worked above-and-beyond to resolve the "pickle" I was in and still manage to send me home in a 2023 Outback. From the moment I walked into Dick Hannah Subaru (on Saturday, 11/04/2022) to meet with JR Richardson, there was such respect and loving kindness shown to me by all that I felt like a queen. JR was immensely sensitive to the situation, working in overdrive to achieve the end result, while constantly reassuring me that everything would work out. Although I realize this was a business deal, JR's authentic caring attitude was exactly what I needed to see the process through. And, I was delighted to: 1) reconnect with Sue (helped with my first 2016 Outback) and see her back on the Sales Team; 2) meet and talk with Verna who kept the positivity going; 3) meet JD who was busy prepping the car for me; 4) be everso grateful to Kenny who was so instrumental in the ultimate good outcome; and, 5) meet McKenna who made the whole sign-on-the-dotted-line process completely smooth and painless. Also, seeing that Jeremiah and Brandon are still on the "team" speaks volumes to the type of family Dick Hannah Subaru is.
