It was a good experience I like my suv I only have one problem I was told when I ordered the car and picked packages for it that the floor mats also had seat back which I was told on pick up day it did not I would have to spend more money to buy that mat. I even asked about this in text after placing the order and waiting for the car.

The car choices were good. Our salesperson, Rod Smith, was very informative and knowledgeable while still being very easy to work with. I really appreciated the lack of high pressure to buy. Taylor in your finance department was also very easy to work with. The staff certainly made buying our Subaru Crosstrek very comfortable.

The people were great - Ather, our sales rep, especially so - he was truly easy to work with... so much so that I decided to buy two cars. The time required to process the sales was way too long. I realize the finance department was short handed but 6+ hours was exhausting.

the deal went great once I got a different salesperson the first one didn't care if I got the vehicle I wanted . ( a very hard to find extra cab long bed truck ) . I live hours away I needed my sales person to help me with info and keep me first inline for a few hours so I could get there . she (Verna )did just that and made my buying experience very pleasant once I was there . I'm very familiar with car dealers been around them a lot . I thank her for her help .
