Antonio was our salesman and did an outstanding job communicating the status of our preorder throughout the process. Antonio was very helpful during the purchase process explaining the various benefits of the warranties and products Dick Hannah offered. Having purchased several cars from several dealerships across the US, I can confidently say Antonio was one of the easiest and most pleasant salesman to deal. my wife and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process working with him. Antonio is a great asset to your team and deserves recognition for that.One major complaint I have lies squarely with Dick Hannah Subaru. The non-optional 3k charge the appearance protection program, which I 100% did not want, need, or wish to pay for. Antonio made it very clear this charge was not negotiable and not able to be removed. I place the blame for this obvious anti-consumer charge squarely on Dick Hannah. Having looked for this particular vehicle all over the US, I found only in this particular region does this exact pricing and service (under various names) exist. This appears to be a clear cut example of regional price fixing and pricing collusion. I can’t even look back to my purchase order to see what the name of this package is as it’s worked into the price of the vehicle taking it from $29k to $32k cash price. It feels like this is a way to get around Subaru noticing this up charge since it’s not officially listed, but who knows.I hope that Subaru of America doesn’t support this illegal practice of regional price fixing/collusion, and I would also hope that Subaru of America doesn’t support the obvious attempt to sell new vehicles for above MSRP by inflating other charges to ‘technically’ get around this. I love Subaru as a company and admire all of its products.
