The five stars is for Chad’s performance. I had a great time looking at cars with him. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to hang out with. I did not care for the finance manager that I worked with, however. He was not straightforward when I asked him questions. Many of his answers were outright incorrect and I was left wondering if he is just wrong or being evasive. If it wasn’t so late and if I wasn’t so exhausted, I would have requested to work with another finance manger.

We purchased our new Crosstrek thru the Costco Auto Program. This was the easiest and best experience in buying a new car we’ve ever had.

I had the car in for service and was talking with Olivia who suggested I Talk wit the manager . Stephanie did an excellent job. We like her laid back approach and her hard work. The team here was great throughout every step of the process, from the initial quote to purchasing a vehicle. Alejandro was the sales rep who assisted in finding the vehicle I was looking for. He was very professional, approachable and friendly. I set the expectation of specifically what I was looking for and he ensured I was aware of all my buying options before finalizing my decision. The entire team in the dealership was great and engaged with genuine interaction. I feared the environment would be pushy and hard pressed to buy.
