From Taylor, to Shaun O'Malley, to ather and finally Tuan Bui. I could have not picked a more awesome crew to deal with. Starting from the moment of trying to schedule me in, to doing the paperwork, these guys had answers like masters of their trade. I was very nervous about the whole transaction, waiting for the "gotcha" moment, and the dreadful hey let's get you a co-signer shpeil, there was none. And the delay in the whole process was because of me having to leave and run arrands in between. I thank you guys, wife was very happy with that new Subaru and saved me a bunch of money down the road. We have purchased 3 vehicles from the Dick Hannah umbrella, and I find no reason to go elsewhere. I wish I can say I'll see you guys soon, but the vehicles I have now will last us years, so I hope you guys see this and know you were a major part of my anniversary gift to my wife. I, 55-year-old female am so happy with my experience. I had looked up some different vehicles online that I was interested in. JR worked with me and made me feel so at ease and no pressure. He showed me the two vehicles that I was interested in and I didn't feel like he was pressuring me in any way. He even let me drive the vehicle that I chose 40 miles to my house to make sure that it fit in my garage before making a decision. It did fit and I ended up purchasing the vehicle. Thank you JR!
