Ron was awesome. very laidback but incredibly helpful and honest. back in 2018, I leased a 2019 Crosstrek and wasn’t entirely in love with it. I settled for CVT even though I really wanted to get back into a manual. after living with regret for 3 years, my lease was about to expire, so I waltz into the dealership to let them know to give me a call if they ever come across a Crosstrek with a stick shift in the next couple of months. somehow, magically, and to both Ron and I’s surprise, there was ONE on the lot. took it for a test drive and was immediately in love. it was the exact same as my 2019, but with the transmission I’ve been craving (and a cooler color - Cool Gray Khaki!). negotiations took a bit, but both sides walked away satisfied, I’d say. I will recommend Dick Hannah to everyone I know and will keep coming back!

We were very happy with our overall experience. Peter was the perfect salesperson for us. He took the time to listen to our needs/wants, and helped us understand the different vehicles and options. The ordering process was simple. Peter also kept us informed throughout the process as we waited for our vehicle. Communications were great. When it came time to pick up the car, Peter was very thorough in explaining all of the features and settings, and took the time to make sure we understood. You need more salespeople like Peter.
