Jack Wise was our salesperson. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining about all the features in our new Outback. This is the 3rd Subaru we have purchased from Dick Hannah Subaru. My car buying journey began back in December 2021 after trying to hold off from buying a new car due to the hot market - but as my old car was no longer fitting needs and not as dependable due to the age (2004) I decided to bite the bullet and begrudgingly take a look at new cars only to be dismayed that there’s little to no wiggle room with negotiating prices on cars. I spoke to several different salespeople and slowly came to the acceptance that I’d pay over MSRP price.Fast forward to today - I walked away from two different dealerships (Hyundai) due to their old/outdated sales tactics and wanted to avoid going to anymore dealerships unless they met me where I wanted to be met at with sales. Taylor was one of several individuals I chatted with starting in December and he was the ONLY one who was a combination of transparent, patient, no sales pressure and listened to what I cared about. (And my no stop talking haha) there was no high pressure sit down with finance manager hashing things out - it was Taylor there every step of the way and they didn’t even have me begin to sign ANYTHING until we came to an agreed upon amount. Kudos to the whole department and coming from someone who talked to Kia, Hyundai, and Subaru dealerships, this was the absolute best one and I’d recommend Taylor to anyone.

Great experience

This is our fourth Subaru from this dealership. We are extremely satisfied with the vehicles and the people who helped us. They are very personable, knowledgable and very pleasant. We got a great deal..a very nice car and spent time with some pretty awesome people who are just down to earth pleasant and easy to get along with. We highly recommend Dick Hannah Subaru.
