Very informative very polite and just a joy to work with

Salesman was good but after finding the MSRP sticker in the car when we got home I don’t think we got a fair price and I wouldn’t go there again to buy a car or recommend you to friends.

Wish I could have pulled the price alittle lower but the Rep and Car were both what I was looking for.

It's really odd, you spend a lot of time and tens of thousands of dollars, it should be a very stressful event. However at the completion of our purchase of a new 2022 Subaru Outback Limited, we left feeling that the experience wasn't stressful but fulfilling. It's obvious the employees feel at ease and not stressed in performing their job. Our sales agent Verna Watson was extremely well versed and knowledgeable in terms of her understanding of the product line. The finance officer Tuan Bui was also very skilled. We think that having Dick Hannah as our auto source was the best thing we've done in terms of purchasing automobiles during our life.

I would rate our experience at Subaru an excellent our sales rep was highly knowledgeable very attentive have a great personality and easy to work with very knowledgeable about the vehicles was able to answer any and all questions I had . I would highly recommend the salesman Taylor to anybody looking to buy a Subaru to only go see him ….. but I will say the rest of the crew that was pretty good to all the way through to the financing
