Our salesman was professional and courteous. The finance department offered valuable extras without being aggressive. We got an excellent vehicle at a fair price and the entire process was smooth and comfortable.

I find it shocking that people can go the same dealership and pay different prices for the same car.

I'm not sure what this request refers to. We purchased a 2019 Subaru Impreza from your dealership last November. We were told that we could bring the vehicle in for a free monthly car was as long as we have you guys do all the maintenance on it. My wife tried to bring it in only to be turned back for reasons like temperature was too cold to run the car was or it was too late in the afternoon. The last time she tried to bring it in, she was told that you longer provide that service and after having been stuck in the queue of vehicles at your service center she was given one free car was coupon elsewhere. She hasn't driven the car much but it has been over 5 months now since we purchased it, so we figured that we could bring it in for that free "monthly" car was that was advertised. Obviously, we have not brought it in yet for service as it hasn't reached the first 6k mile service. It would have been nice to be told before bought it that the monthly free car was doesn't start until we bring it in for the first service and also notice us when you suddenly decided to discontinue this service. If we do decide to bring it in for its first 6k mile service and have all other services done at your dealership, then will you then provide a free car was coupon every month?

Awful...I'll continue to get my 2019 Subaru serviced elsewhere.
