My Experience with your Encore person was beyond what I expected. I only wish this had been my delivery experience. It would have made the transition to all electric much smoother.

I came in with my spouse looking for an outback as my very first brand new car. First time I was ever financing one as well. I was ready, but of course still nervous. When we met Adrian, our sales person, everything just fell into place. He met me at my level from the beginning, understood I was brand new to newer vehicles and lead the way for me beautifully. He communicated everything I needed to know in a way I could understand and we even had fun with the friendly banter. He asked what my price range was and what I was looking for and brought me a reasonable array of choices. From start to finish, every person we spoke to was friendly and helpful. And Adrian specifically made the process so understandable and enjoyable. I would recommend not only this Subaru location, but especially Adrian as your guide to a new Subaru. They have you back, and they make sure you know it!
