Well this will be a fun review!! I am beyond grateful for Peter! Words aren't enough to express my gratitude. His professionalism, patience, knowledge and expertise are beyond 5 star (only allows up to 5, should have a plus sign). I visited the first day and spent 5 hours test driving various cars, learning the different options on each and having the finance options printed out for me. Peter never once lost interest in helping me and he is very knowledgeable on all things cars. I left empty handed the first day and assured him I would return the next and asked for him to please show up for work and do not call out sick ( I know I was a handful but we laughed ). He has a great personality and even played a joke up on me entering the dealership on day 2, lol. Again, spent about 6 hours and drove more cars and finally , finally secured the deal on a beautiful 2024 Crosstrek and she is a beauty. The finance team and everyone working there is so very kind. I splayed out all my stuff on one of their tables and basically set up an office. I took notes of each car and kept myself organized on their furniture, not one person asked me to move. Everyone has a great personality and very engaging, I had a great time! The cars are all very nice, the lot is well organized. Peter was patient enough to run the numbers on each car I test drove, I was not expecting that. The show room is clean and comfortable. I wish I had more money to buy more cars and stay longer, fun two days despite the stress of leaving behind an old car with no technology to present day with all the bells and whistles.
