New to Subaru. Herzog-Meier Volvo let me down with less than component Service/Maintenance. My husband sold my new XC60 and bought me a 2025 Forster Touring. Across the board I give everyone 5 stars. Ryan Singh (Sales) found me the SUV I fell in love with. Tuan Bui (Sales & Leasing) was 100% involved in making my first Subaru experience worth the switch from Volvo to Subaru. Service is very important to me and Demetreus Anaya (Service Manager) has been very personable and honest with my many questions regarding my new Forester. His interaction has given me confidence regarding Dick Hannah Subaru’s Service and Maintenance team in what I hope is a long-term relationship.

Great buying experience. No pressure and lots of patience was provided by our salesperson Mike El-Krewi. Ths was the first brand new car my wife of 33 years and I have ever purchased. We took our time looking at Outback Wilderness options with a few visits and multiple test drives over a two day period. We finally made our choice on a blue 2025 and felt supported throughout the finance and closing process. Options were given for additional warranty packages and well explained and no pushback was given when we declined to purchase them. Even the espresso machine and snacks were good! I would recommend Mike and the Hannah Subaru dealership to anyone in the market for a new Subaru.
