At first, I was skeptical because I had not had good luck with Dick Hannah in the past. I always found them to be a little slimy, sneaky, and well rude when it came to care deals, but my wife wanted to look at Subaru, so I figured I would take her over to Dick Hannah and have her look at the vehicle and then we would look at another dealership. Well, we ran into Peter Maher, and he defiantly changed my opinion on Dick Hannah. He allowed us to look, he wasn't pushy, he didn't hang over us, allowed us to talk and look at other vehicles and manufacturers. Even my wife, who HATES salespeople, stated she would buy another vehicle from him because of his professionalism. He allowed her to wait in the car, allowed me to bring her docs for her signature, got us beverages, and made it as hassle-free as possible. Even after the purchase, we noticed some spots on the seats; Peter didn't run away; he scheduled an appointment to have them removed; when they couldn't be removed, he made sure the seat covers were replaced, no questions asked. There was NO closer. No Pushy GM or GSM. We worked with one person, and that was it. O, maybe the finance lady. However, the finance lady, Mikella Lukas, made everything quick and painless. She even allowed me to think about something overnight. The prices she offered were fair and reasonable. She wasn't pushy at all. I have to say this experience changed the way I feel about Dick Hannah as a whole, even to the point when I upgrade my truck in a couple of years; I will start with them.
