Gilbert was low-pressure and answered all of my questions. He even drove my car all the way out to Hood River and then sat in it with me and showed and explained to me about all of the cool features of the car, like the stow-away back-end cover, the various safety features, and how to operate all of the technology. He was super personable and easy to work with. I really appreciate his depth of knowledge about the car, but also him being just a nice, normal human who I felt comfortable working with on my new car purchase.

My contact at Dick Hannah is Rosa Araujo - she worked with me while I was transporting my current vehicle to another state then without a vehicle she provided transportation from my home to the dealership - she made sure I was picking out what I wanted by showing me colors/models etc and driving - she gave advice and asked questions and walked me through the purchase - she followed up by email and phone calls - I appreciate her technique and communication - the financial was a lot of paper and sitting then I drove off in my new car!

Gilbert was excellent to work with. The test driving experience was so easy and efficient there was no pressure to buy and there seemed to be a genuine interest in making sure we got into a car that made sense for us. Gilbert was attentive, genuine, and he has followed up to make sure we are all set in our car. We love Dick Hannah and will keep coming back!
