Very professional in every way, from the very start when we wanted information on three different models to the closing. Gil,the sales person was there to help in any way he could. I am very impressed and thankful for his vast knowledge and his ability help us understand. We appreciated that we never felt any pressure.

Everything was great Only complaints are not a lot of inventory to choose from in the model and price range I was looking at. Initial quote was wrong and the price increased. I feel like that happens every time I get a car

We enjoyed working with Chad! He was very accommodating and patient with us. We were uncertain of the desired trim line and he was more than happy to guide us through the test drives and many, many questions. It was a very lengthy day, and not once did we feel as if we were a burden for him. He gave up a personal day to come in and meet with us, which we really appreciated. Ended up being literally a full workday for him. And he did it with grace:-) We also appreciated Hamid. He showed initiative by looking into the possibility of transferring an unused balance on the extra windshield coverage from our trade-in. Even though it cost us more money (!), he successfully transferred the balance to the new car. This was appreciated. Chad, Twan, and Hamid were friendly, patient, and respectful.

Mike was excellent. He listened to me and was able to find me a Subaru that met my needs and within my budget. Awesome!
