This rating is specifically for Chad’s performance. His kindness, knowledge, and attentiveness was exactly what I needed after suddenly losing my 2014 to back-to-back expensive engine issues. I went into the day looking for anything but a Subaru and went home with a Solterra. Chad went above and beyond to heal my relationship with Subaru. Yesterday far surpassed my expectations in terms of how I was treated, and I do think I got a great car too.

I'm a seasoned car buyer (I've purchased over 35 cars in my lifetime, so far, lol) and I can confidently say that the folks at Dick Hannah Subaru (specifically Gilbert) were great to work with! Easy and constant communication. I had two trade-in vehicles, so Gilbert took me in a 'company car' to get my other trade-in (I live like 10 minutes from the dealership though, so ymmv). The only 'hold up' was waiting my turn to get into finance, but it was only a 20-30 minute wait. They weren't pushy, but did try to upsell some things to me (they're just doing their jobs, so no big deal to me). I would definitely send any friends/family to Gilbert over at Dick Hannah Subaru. I got a great deal on my new 2024 WRX as well ($4700 off MSRP + 0% 72mo). Combine that with Dick Hannah's Lifetime Powertrain Warranty, and I'm a VERY happy camper!
