Very pleased with our salesman, Nicholas Fletcher. He was very patient while we dithered around trying to decide on color choices and model choices. He was knowledgeable and, if he didn't know, he did not guess.....he went to find the answer quickly. He fulfilled his obligations by offering the premium products and services most of which we declined. Our only problem was when we were doing the final documents, there was an error on one regarding what options we had accepted and which we had rejected. No problem with the error.....people make mistakes. The problem was the rude response to our rejecting several very pricey add-ons. We perceived this individual as demeaning our choices on what to buy or not to buy. We left with the documents unfinished so that we could get lunch and retrieve our title and insurance documents. Upon our return, we were treated professionally and courteously by others and we drove away happy with our purchase. Glad to recommend Hannah Subaru.
