We worked primarily with Skylar and ended up purchasing a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek. Skylar is awesome! He was genuine, honest and did his best to work with us to make the car more affordable for us. Gator helped is a bit as well and actually found the car earlier that day that we ended up buying. He was also very nice ans helpful and also helped negotiate a lower price for us so we could get the car. Overall I did not feel pressured to buy the car, they were not pushy and worked with us the best they could which we appreciated. The sales manager Jack was also a nice guy, but I didn't love the fact that he tried to sell me extra warranties and everything I had already had them take off for the car to be affordable to us. That may have just been his job though and I'm not sure if he had to do that or not. Either way it was annoying to listen to a sales pitch for something that was already explained to me by Skylar and I said I didn't want. That is why I am rating my experience as a 4/5 and not a 5/5.

Dick Hannah has always treated us well.....that is why we keep returning! Mike Hendrickson was an excellent salesman and did not use "high pressure" when negotiating the sale.
