Everyone was great!

I worked with Rosa initially and later Adrian from sales. We finished our buying process with Hamid in financing. We also spoke with Twon during our buying process about warranties. Hoping I got everyone’s names right. We had a lot of negative experiences our last time buying a car from a different Subaru dealer so it was a really welcome surprise how well we were treated by everyone. Rosa worked with us and talked with me for a long time about different types of cars and what kinds of things could meet my needs. We looked at some models that I probably wouldn’t have test drove initially because of price. I’m glad I looked at some of them because it helped me know what I liked and wanted in the different models. Rosa also followed up with me and found another trim I was interested in for me to come look at. I really appreciated that. She also grabbed Adrian to come show it to me when she had another group so we wouldn’t be waiting to try it out. Adrian was excellent to work with for us. He didn’t pressure us into anything and had really practical advice about what my needs are that helped me decide on the car we bought. I had a lot of questions about the car we bought and Adrian I think went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with buying the car. He did things like went to parts and got us a cabin filter and grabbed someone who worked service to measure the tires tread depth for me. Both of these were after we had agreed to buy when he didn’t really have to do anything for us. During the downtime while we just waiting for paperwork he came and just talked to us about everyday stuff and made sure we were having an ok wait at a car dealer. Can’t say enough good things about him. Twon helped us find a warranty that fit my driving habits and that I was comfortable buying. I also had initially really wanted the car to be certified pre owned and I assume Twon, Adrian, and others had to talk to others on my behalf to find out if that was indeed possible. I think many dealers would not even entertain that convo, especially not on a weekend. Was very impressed. Hamid worked with us in the finance department. As far as having to go through paperwork, it was a very painless process and Hamid was an amicable person to work with. We were not pushed for further extras or add ons that we didn’t already discuss with sales. He had everything well organized and highlighted to sign. He answered any question my spouse or I had during the process and he was kind when I made a mistake on a form. He emailed me when it was confirmed my loan app was accepted. In summary. I’m really glad I bought from your dealership. I think I got the kind of experience you intend for customers to get and we will be shopping here first again someday if we have needs to change a car.
