The shopping experience (online and in the dealership) was better than I had originally expected. The team did well to ensure my key points were addressed (I requested to do as much as possible beforehand since I had limited time - and I wanted a car I could depend on, etc.) Kudos to Marissa in online sales who passed me to Jay on the floor - and the Michaela who helped with the paperwork - all did great work to get me in and out in under two hours - and with a car/product I believe will last me a good long while (Subaru Outback). I very much appreciated the teamwork!
