Overall experience was ok. Ended up being passed around to three different sales team members but that was due it being a busy day for everyone. Had a bit of a wait but once I got to the lady handeling the form things went smoothly. She is your shinning star as far as I’m concerned. She did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable.

Really good service and clear

After having the worst experience at a different dealership, Dick Hannah Subaru was a really great car buying experience. My salesman, Antonio, was very friendly and accomodating. I never felt any pressure to buy, and they went out of their way to get me the car that I was looking for.

Peter was amazing to work with! He gave very valuable feedback in making the decision of which vehicle would be the best for for me based on the features I wanted and needed. I felt no pressure whatsoever or like I was being overly "sold" on things offered that I didn't want or need.
