Great experience in buying a new Outback.Started in internet sales with Marissa, continued in showroom with Stephanie in sales, and car was delivered by her and Rod, after a very informative finance review with Hamid. All aspects were “Nice” … and confirmed the ad slogan they use.

The treatment I received was excellent. The salesman I worked with was Danny Ahn. As he was new, he had to ask others for answers to a couple of my questions. However, Danny was pleasant to work with. Jack Wise in Finance was fantastic. I also dealt with Sebastian (think it was his name) who set up the Love-Encore Redelivery appointment with Rodney Smith. Both Sebastian and Rodney (talked with Rodney by phone as the in-person appointment is 4/23/24) were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Thank you to your workers for the excellent customer service!

First off, Adrian was great to work with. The overall experience was mostly good other than a mix up with my banking. And the fact that you ran my credit about 8 times. But... selling a certified car with the wrong size tire on the vehicle is very questionable. It is a safety issue, as the speedo is off by 2 mph at 60. Overall I was happy with my experience, just not liking having to buy a new set of tires fore safety reasons.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Honest and immediate answers to all my questions. Even finance guy did not do the typical obnoxious push of extra services, just laid out choices and what was included and let us decide. Respectful, friendly interactions, and now we have a terrific car!
