We never had a Subaru before and was unsure what we wanted. Went to Dick Hannah to look around and we met Rosa. She was so patient with us and wanted to make we got all of must have on it and even color we loved. The best experience with car dealership we've ever had. Everyone we met was nice and made experience so easy. Will only want to that dealership and Rosa.

Don't let Alejandro, your salesman, get away; he's a keeper. He's very patient explaining things and answered all our questions. There could have been more privacy in the showroom seating to discuss the negotiation process because very word could be heard by everyone in the area. But, all in all, a satisfactory agreement was made.

Stephanie was so great, I wish I could buy a car every week from her. She went over the top, even got special screws ordered and sent to our house for the license late bridge toll sensor we had to transfer from our trade in. We were in and out in two hours. The dealership offered us a better offer than what we got at other places without us even bringing it up. I have to say, that was the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle! We drove 3 and a half hours and they were ready for us and ahead of the game.
