Excellent! I can't say enough. Kelton and Chad went above and beyond to make this happen for me. My wife is homebound with cancer and it's difficult for me to leave. Both assisted the sale by bringing cars to my residence so I could see them. Only took two times and the deal was done. They delivered the vehicle and the paper work was signed at my residence. I'm very pleased.

Fabian Castro was our sales rep. He was great and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the whole buying process. He helped negotiate a good deal for us and made sure we were happy with the purchase process. He has reached out several times since buying our Subaru to check in and make sure we were still satisfied. If we buy another Subaru it will be with Fabian. He made the car buying experience truly painless and was the best car salesman experience we have ever had! Low pressure and 100% customer orientated. Dakota from finance was much more professional than other finance reps we have worked with in the past with Dick Hannah. He fully explained all steps of the buying process and the Dick Hannah lifetime warranty. There was something left off the vehicle that we were charged for and Dakota helped work on getting us a refund check as quickly as possible. We also appreciated how he printed copies of all the paperwork for us to take home which was great. Dick Hannah Kia refused to provide us with paperwork copies. Overall we were very satisfied with the purchase experience from Dick Hannah Subaru and will likely return in the future.

Everyone at the dealership was very good to work with, especially the sales person. It made what is normally a difficult experience a very pleasant experience.
