Antonio Pedroza & staff members were great to work with. Each person was patient with any questions or concerns my friend, daughter or myself had. From finance to insurance, even if I had to ask the same question several times. It was a long day as we drove from Snoqualmie Valley to Vamcouver because we had other friends & family talk about your stellar service. Antonio did go out of his way to help make sure I was getting the best deal within appropriate limits of course. The Micheals of Subaru in Bellevue was not helpful or willing to budge at all even when we showed them what you guys had to offer. Thank you again.

My husband and I wanted to trade our 2019 Ascent and 2019 Crosstrek and go down to one vehicle and we had our eye on the 2024 Ascent. I began the process with a request for a trade-in value for the Ascent and within 5 minutes heard back from Christopher McNamara. Shortly after that I got a call from Anthony. We decided to come in to look at the newest models and worked with Fabian. He was very respectful, knowledgable, helpful and a wonderful person to help us buy our new Ascent. We also reconnected with Mike, Jeremiah and Tuan who helped us when we bought our precious Ascent and Crosstrek. Jack, in the finance department, was also a great person to work with. The Crosstrek had a dead battery and was in our garage, so Fabian and Mike came to our home, jumped the car and took it back to the dealership. They went above and beyond!
