Purchasing a new vehicle can be a difficult and trying experience at many dealerships. But that was not my experience at Dick Hannah Subaru. My intent when visiting the dealership was not to complete a purchase, but to test drive some vehicles in which I was interested in order to narrow my choices for an eventual purchase. The sales person, Stephanie, worked with me from start to finish. She was really well informed and provided me with new information to supplement my previous research. There really wasn't a question for which she was not able to provide a satisfactory answer. She was very pleasant to work with and listened to me to determine the type of vehicle in which I was interested and helped to guide me to the vehicle to meet my needs. Those dealerships that use high pressure sales techniques are a big negative for me and I would just leave and go elsewhere. But Stephanie made this a very pleasant experience and I ended up leaving with the 2024 Outback! Going in, it was the vehicle in which I had determined I was most interested, but again not my intent to complete a purchase that day. There was no pressure. She just helped to guide me where I really wanted to go and the dealership provided satisfactory purchase arrangements. Everyone I worked with at the dealership was also very pleasant and helpful. Stephanie, Dakota, The sales manager Ken, and others convinced me that I chose the right dealership!
