This was the absolutely best experience we’ve ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Stefanie and Frank, mainly Stefanie were absolutely outstanding. Frank was off on Saturday and even came in to personally thank us for buying the new RAV4 Hybrid Limited. The professionalism was outstanding the Dick Hannah dealerships come highly recommended! We highly recommend Dick Hannah Toyota. We worked specifically with Austin on purchasing two vehicles. He was quick to respond via text to all of my questions and was able to get us awesome deals on the two vehicles we purchased. We were able to do the entire approval process over the phone and text, so our time signing documents at the dealership was relatively quick. Even the finance guys Jacob and Jordan were great to work with while signing all of the documents. Neither of them were pushy when explaining the warranties they offer. If you are in need of a new vehicle, definitely go visit Austin. He's your go-to guy for your next vehicle!
