Thank you for an enjoyable car buying experience. Jessie was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and provided me with all the information I needed to make my purchase. I was unable to drive back down the next day, so Jessie delivered the car to me in Olympia. He reviewed almost all the features and set up the Toyota app for me. I am very happy with the service I received at Dick Hannah Toyota and especially happy with the help provided by Jessie.

I had the pleasure of working with Jesse Morris from Dick Hannah Toyota, and I must say that he went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Jesse consistently kept me updated on the progress, and even though the wait wasn't long from my perspective, he was incredibly apologetic for any delay. What truly impressed me was that he went the extra mile by traveling to a different town to secure the exact car I wanted. Jesse's dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable. Additionally, I appreciated Jesse's sense of humor and good sportsmanship. I played a prank, and he took it in stride, even attempting to playfully trick me in return. It made the overall experience enjoyable and memorable.

We had a real issue with the used truck we purchased. Out of the month we owned it it was in the shop most of the time. The last time it broke down we were less the 10 miles away from picking it up. We called Patrick Steler and he helped us right away and could not have been any better. When we got to the shop Timothy Noll met us right away. He put together all of the details and immediately had Michael Bradley & Brandon Martinez come talk with us. We told them we would. It drive the truck again and they didn’t hesitate in taking care of us. We are extremely thankful for everyone at this dealership for the way they managed this and how great they were to us.
