Jessie was outstanding!! I love that he was not a typical car salesman, he was not pushy or rude, he was professional, with just the right amount of humor, and down to earth relatable customer service. My first time buying from a dealership was a breeze thanks to Jessie! He did everything he could to get me out the door as fast as possible (I had to go to work), he even filled the car and had it started and ready for me to drive off the lot after I signed my paperwork. He and Dick Hannah exceeded my expectations and I will be referring family and friends to them! If you’re in the market for a nice reliable vehicle go see Jessie!

Both the sales and finance persons we worked with were great, very easy going answered all my questions and it all went smoothly.

From the time I came in to see the new Crown and met Tyler, my salesman, to the time I left the dealership with my new Crown, I was treated with respect from the entire staff, from the salesman to the general manager. If anyone is looking for a new or used car I would highly recommend Dick Hanna Toyota in Kelso.

We had Andy helping us. He was great not pushy and very caring. I think when you know you are going to sell a car you need to provide lunch for us while we are waiting. No matter we’re you go it takes most of the day to visit with you guys. Anyway Andy was a gem. Thank you for being a great dealership.

My wife and I had some bad luck when a drunk driver had hit my wife's car while we were sleeping and then hit mine and totaled both vehicles. But Anthony was extremely helpful and outgoing in helping us purchase not one but two new vehicles. The whole staff was awesome thank you so much.

Got a call for a GR86 Premium MT Pavement at 7pm that became available after someone on the wait-list dropped. After some time to consider, I texted the sales person in the morning to secure a non-binding agreement signature form before committing to a two hour drive to the dealership. They initially included some extra insurance packages but immediately took it off after I requested them to do so with no questions. The only real add-on was a $600 red brake light pulse device that's physically installed before arriving. Not a big deal and can be useful so that's fine.Otherwise, securing this car for MSRP is short of amazing in the current market after waiting over a year on a variety of waitlists.Got there, car was immediately ready for a test drive. Went through the paperwork quickly and was basically done within an hour and a half including the test drive. I knew what to expect, had no need for dragged out questions with the process and we were good to go.

Everything was pretty smooth. The sales guy wasn’t pushy. Would’ve been nice to take the car on a little longer test drive but it barely had gas in it. I test drove a car at a different Toyota and they let us test drive without the sales guy in the car and said to take as long as we needed to. That was nice as I could talk with my husband about everything without someone else in the car. I had to clean the inside of my windows in my new car because it came with a bunch of fingerprints on them. Especially the back window.
