Our experience with Dick Hannah was good. Processing and paperwork was expedited well. They worked hard to get us the loan. Thank you. Our salesperson (Andy) was attentive, positive, and helpful. We had some trouble adjusting to the amount of tech use in the truck. We are not of the younger generation. The initial help to pair our devices and go through the basics was good. A lot was covered and it was fast. We were told to write down questions as we drove the truck. Andy was going to visit with us the following Wednesday. He forgot and rescheduled for Friday. He was busy on Friday and they sent another young salesperson out to help. He did a nice job. I would have liked to have Andy. I am still having trouble with WiFi connections and switching paired phones. Andy sent a message that he was sorry he missed us and would be available for further questions. I hope so. I have been searching for a Corolla Cross Hybrid for quite awhile. Living in Vancouver, WA, there are several Toyota dealerships, including Portland area. I visited or talked to most of them and found it difficult to just see one, let alone test drive one. So I checked out Hannah Toyota in Kelso. I spoke to and met with different sales staff members and got a very good response from all, particularly George Chiong. I even got a chance to test drive one. George contacted me to asked if I were interested in a 2024 model. Even though I was interested in a 2025, we went back and forth and struck what I thought was a reasonable deal. Jalen my dealer, and his financial managers were honest, straightforward and not pushy at all when it comes to what i wanted. I came in there expecting it be like every other dealer(oh you need this, you can't get the car without X, X and X). This was not the case. I went in there knowing what I wanted and got what I wanted with no headache from any member of their team. They gave me 1300$ off the total price on top of their lower tax rate saved me almost $2200 off my vehicle. Their powertrain warranty covers parts other dealers don't, their prepaid maintenace is actually cheaper than local mechanics shops pricing (highly reccomend getting it once your free maintenace runs out) I could reccomend these guys higher than 5 stars but it's not an option. I plan on buying my girlfriend a car through these guys once mine is paid off, and every new car in the future. I will reccomend these guys to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Absolutely exceptional. 11/10

Harry was quick to help us and was great. I originally was looking for a used car, but he was able to get me a brand new 2024 in the same budget I was looking at. I am more than happy with the car that I got and will most likely be back in the future!
