The car buying experience was fine

Megain Sullivan is an exceptional service manager that led her team and coordinated with our insurance in a prompt, friendly, and professional fashion. At first it was not clear how bad the damage was and sales became involved later in the process. Andrew Bonnington helped us with the purchase of our new Corolla Cross and was friendly without any pressure. We also worked with Jordan Fehrs to complete the paperwork. Upselling is in his job description but even he did it with tact and no excessive pressure. At the end we worked with Taylor Lavigne to sell our damaged vehicle. Even this part was great. I didn’t cover it well here but the back and forth between departments and team members was seamless. It is clear that management emphasizes customer experience rather than profits over all other things.

O would have done 5 stars except the first thing we had to do was put fuel in the tank! the salesman had said they were taking the car to put fuel in the tank and wash it. The fuel gauge showed the same amount of fuel in it when we took the test drive. Aaron, the salesman, was great, He never pressured us and he knew all the answers to our questions. Jacob in finance was fantastic! Other times we have purchased a car it was drudgery. Enjoyed Jacob a lot.

My experience with the dealership and sales agent Tyler were excellent. The process was quick simple and easy as could be. I will go back for future purchases.

Great experience with Buddy and Kevin. Loved that your dealership did not play the market adjustment pricing game. You will reap the benefits of having taken this approach while other dealers in the region suffer. I will purchase a new Landcruiser once the kinks are ironed out of the new version. Most likely 2025 timeframe.
