I was lucky enough to pick up a 23 Toyota 4Runner from this dealership. An absolutely awesome group of employees working there. First of all, starting off with Brandon the GM. He had chatted over the phone with my dad to make sure everything was set up so I'd get in there, sign some paperwork and everything would run smoothly since I was driving two hours to get there. Once we got there, Brandon immediately had a salesman named Zach D. help me out. Super nice and explained the process, showed me the car, got me in and out with no confusion. I then went to finance office and Jacob helped me there. Super funny, and made it an easy and great experience. The guys working here were all very respectful, nice, and great to chat with. Torivio was awesome! super friendly and helpful. We filled out a bunch of paperwork the day before but still had to wait quite a while to sign all the finance papers. Obviously that happens sometimes, but would be nice if there were some efficiency from filling out paperwork ahead of time.

One of the easiest and fairest car transactions I have ever experienced. You guys really are nice. I expect you to make a profit, but not gouge the customer, and that is what happened. You made a reasonable profit, I got a reasonable price and trade, and you now have a customer for life. Kudos to Jake Davis and the Kelso team up and down the line.
