We enjoyed our experience with Vanson @ Dick Hannah Toyota. Vanson was super kind and helpful with everything. Whole buying process was quick and smooth. After getting our 2023 Sienna XSE 25th Anniversary (Unicorn equivalent Sienna 😂) 3 months ago from Dick Hannah, I drove 2 hours again for 23 Tundra crewmax limited. So yeah go to Dick Hannah if you want easy and laid back experience 😀

Mark Dykstra and Vance were awesome to work with. I haven’t bought a car in a long time ( because my Toyotas last ) so it was refreshing to see how the sales process has changed and how customer service has taken a priority over being pushy. Jake in Finance was a pleasure to work with as well. I will never buy a car from anywhere else!

I told them my budget and what I was looking for and they found 3 on their lot. Very knowledgeable salesman and wasn’t pushy at all. It was actually an enjoyable experience.

Excellent experience

My rating is in two parts. Sales dept. excellent. Anthony Hughes salesman excellent and JarrodS. sales manager excellent also.The paperwork dept. not so good. The paperwork missed a couple of documents that had to be FED-EX'd to us for signatures. This however was just the beginning. Our trade in value was more than the new car purchased. We were told that a check would be mailed to us in a week or so. As things turned out it was the very last thing done. Yes we even got our new title before the check was even mailed to us, almost a full month later. Why a check was not handed to us before driving off the lot, is head scratching. Am sure the dealership wouldn't allow a car to leave the lot if money was still owed, so why should the customer be treated any different. Very dissatisfied how that was handled.
