Took my daughter to buy her first car here, I was expecting a long horrible day as I’ve had in prior car shopping experiences, however this wasn’t bad. We were there for about 2.5 hours and they weren’t pushy. The only bad thing I would say is that we had started working with someone the night before and ended up with someone else the next day.

We where contacted by a sales person who informed us that the Rav 4 that we where looking for was available.We where told it had heated seats and that is why we drove 3 1/2 hours to purchase it.When we got home we realized it did not have heated seats.We are in the process of having them installed at no cost.The employees at Dock Hannah Toyota in Kelso Washington where very helpful.
