We had a great car buying experience. Had to order a 4runner, they said it wouldn't be here till Nov. We got it mid Oct! Zach or sales person was so nice and helpful (we did have a lot of questions). Everything went fast and easy.

If you’re in the market for a Toyota and want service that’s 2nd to none. Dick Hannah Toyota is your place and Harry Hayes is your guy. I’d been looking for a new Tacoma for a few months. I tried two other places(not going to name them but one was up North in Burlington and The other in Everett.) and it was all about the dealer mark up. It was all about, I don’t need you for this sale. I have too many customers waiting to buy type attitude. Just overall poor service because of the market we’re in right now. No need to work or earn your business. I finally called Dick Hannah Toyota. I could not have made a smarter decision. I spoke with Harry and asked him for info. on the new Tacoma. Harry emailed me the info right away. After receiving it. I called him right away because not only was the price much lower than the other guys but it also did not include the dealer mark up of 1999.00. I asked Harry why the dealer mark up was not included. His answer was simple. “Because we don’t need to add that”. Even as I thought there had to be a catch. There never was. I put my deposit down for my truck. I had questions for Harry throughout the process of waiting for the truck to come in. Harry answered every question I had. And I had many. I realized that once I called him on his day off. He called me back. I asked a couple of questions and one he said he would call his manager and find the answer because it was his day. But he would get it and call me right back. Who provides this kind of service? It’s a rarity. I told him not to worry about it. He could just get me the answer when he returned to work. He texted me the answer a little while later. Unbelievable. He always had time for any questions I had. When the truck arrived. We completed most of the paperwork online and when we got there to pick up the truck. The final paperwork took just a matter of minutes. Awesome! Harry even helped me set up phone for the truck. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and customer service oriented. Made you feel like you mattered. I noticed that with each customer that walked in the door. I’ve bought many cars in my 60 years on this earth. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Thanks Dick Hannah Toyota and thank you Harry Hayes for being who you are………it was worth the two and a half hour drive to do business with Dick Hannah Toyota. I highly recommend you guys to family, friends and anyone looking for an awesome car buying experience.
