We utilized ISeeCars website to located the Toyota Dealers throughout Washington State. Local dealers between Spokane and Wenatchee did not have the vehicle we were looking for. After having contacted many Toyota Dealers looking for the 2024 Grand Highlander-Hybrid Limited AWD. All of the dealers were helpful & positive. However, Austin Baca stood out right from the beginning. His personable, can do attitude, along with the work he put into searching for what we wanted made us feel hopeful, and I wanted him to succeed. As soon as the Highlander we were looking for came in, he called me that morning, and we were ready to start the process. He walked us though the paperwork, along with being a go-between with Jordon with accounting in getting the papers signed. He made arrangements for the car to be delivered from Longview/Kelso to our home near Wenatchee. He has since followed up to make sure we are happy and to make himself available should we have any questions or if anything comes up. Overall Austin Baca was a person I could count on to be there for us from beginning to end. Thank you!
