Easy Process… I have Zach who helped me from start to finish… Very knowledgeable and always updates me on the purchase process.. Gave me all information I need from the car to the OTD price with no hesitation… They stick to the price that they gave me without forcing me to buy their additional products… took me only10-20 min in the dealership and im off to my new RAV4.. I will come back in the future to buy car there and also I 💯 recommend this dealership and specially zach. No hassle and straight to the point👍🏻👍🏻

Salesman was great. Told them if I purchased the $30k truck I wanted it full of gas (3 times) Then after I signed all my paperwork I was told that was vetoed by the sales manager and they weren’t going to do it. Most likely will not return to dick Hannah Toyota for our next family car next year. And be letting people know of my experience there. If someone spends $30k on a vehicle, they shouldn’t have to fill up the gas tank. That should be a courtesy to your customers. Sales person Jake and Carson who did the paper work were great.Update: apparently there was a misunderstanding between me and the sales manager. They called and offered me two free tanks. Would return to buy another vehicle.

Everyone was great- the manager, salesman and finance person were patient and knew we had a timeline to get back on the road.They had the vehicles we were interested in up at the front waiting and ready for us to test drive.

We got great help, and Jordan was friendly and knowledgeable.

Experience was good one complaint we were owed some money and weren’t told we would have to wait 6-8 weeks for corporate location to send check which I still don’t understand if we had owed some money at time of closing we would have been expected to pay why does the Kelso dealer get out of paying the over $300 they owed to us by saying it would take several weeks to get a check not a good way of doing business
