The only negative was how long it took to get my 4Runner. Stephanie and Frank kept me up to date on when it would arrive and that was helpful. The whole possess was painless all the required documents were done by email so when I showed up to get the car all I needed was the check. Stephanie was very helpful in selecting the options on the car and through the entire possess.

The customer service was excellent and everyone was so nice, welcoming and helpful in the whole process. Very happy with my new car and would recommend friends and family!
