It was ok they said they cleaned the engine and they did not smoke in the car. However the owner of the car was a smoker and the windshield fluid holder was broken.

I brought my car in for my 5000 oil change as I have since buying my car new in 2007. I DID NOT receive the paperwork for my free vehicle inspection, so I do not know if it was even done. The tires are always rotated with this service, which they should have noticed there is considerable wear. I have the 'customer for life' program which allows me free tires for life as long as I take care of any required service. My hubcap was cracked by the techs when putting back on. It was replaced by the service dept once I notified them. 2 weeks after my service, I found a hubcap was missing which means it was not secure when put back on. I did not report it to the service dept as I could not prove it was done by the techs. The service has been getting worse each time i go in for my oil change service. I am supposed to receive my inspection report each time, which has not been happening. I have reported this before to the dealership. Service department really needs to improve!

I had to have the same part fail twice before you would cover an item under warrantee. Truly a safety issue for me.
