We recently had running boards added to our new 4-Runner and the service was Excellent!. When I arrived the car was taken immediately and my ride home was waiting. I was called as soon as the car was done and they came and picked me up promptly. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Service was fine but the multiple text, email and phine notifications and now surveys are annoying. It has been over a month since last service visit and I have already responded to this survey before. The delayed and duplicated survey is even more anoying!

Terrible service writers. Three visits in a row. Different service writers each time. All terrible. I’m sure the technicians take a lot of the brunt for these surveys...it’s NOT them. I don’t blame them for having bad writers
