I didn’t have an experience other than getting multiple emails to the address I gave you that are addressed to someone else. I have not taken my car in for service for several months—so you must have linked someone else’s account to my email. I’ve actually responded to two earlier messages alerting you to that but you won’t stop bugging me about completing a survey for a service I didn’t get. I’m sure hoping you don’t send my information to someone else on accident. Christine Grubbs

No one talked to me

The service was great, but I was disappointed that you no longer wash my truck!

Took car in because engine light on and mud flap was damaged and dragging. I asked for it to be removed. The engine light was addressed. One half of mud flap removed the dragging flap was left on the car.
